- Be selective to who you give Editor access to for documents in the Cloud. If possible, give Commenter access to keep control of the information.
- Even if a document is owned by a service provider or vendor, you should still verify sharing permissions are set appropriately.
- Ensure that all app users have a strong password and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA).
